Traditional Peruvian dish recreated by us using Spanish ingredients. The octopus and mussels macerated in lime juice and seasoned with yellow pepper (slightly spicy) make this recipe a very digestive, natural and refreshing dish. Accompanied with red onion and a little bit of coriander. This recipe is going around the world!
Presented in a two-compartment tray with a lid, made of recyclable and biodegradable material (bagasse, composite formed with the disposal of cereals) and can be used in microwaves. In turn, it goes inside a Kraft cardboard case, which makes the presentation and transport impeccable.
